The British Heart Foundation is continuing it’s successful campaign to raise awareness of the symptoms of a heart attack, and urging people not to delay calling 999, with a newly created Chest Pain Awareness Day on 19 July.
 
The impactful image of the man with the belt around his chest will be appearing on 3 million leaflets being delivered to housholds around the UK with South Asian adults particularly being targeted.
 
A heart attack can affect any of us at any time and it is immensely important that we recognise the symptoms and signs so we can react as swiftly as possible.
